About Wellness By Design
As an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, my patients appreciate the warmth, professional integrity, and open communication that define my medical practice. I’m determined to help my patients understand their own health so they can be well informed when making important health decisions. we believe that the path to health is different for each person and strive to design that unique pathway for you.

We offer a variety of services including primary care management of acute and chronic medical conditions, PREP therapy, medically supervised weight loss services, massage therapy, esthetics, skin care consults, botox and dermal fillers all under one roof.

Through a holistic approach to medicine, I try viewing each patient as a whole rather than a single symptom to be treated. We have Oregon Health Authorities community partners on sight to help get people registered for Oregon Health Plan.
Outreach Program
Our outreach program assists formerly incarcerated adults and at-risk youth transitioning back into society and navigating the barriers of employment, housing, and the many activities required for successful re-entry to society.
About Jennie
I am Jennie Klink, MSN, FNP-c. My passion for nursing care and providing comfort and healing touch to those trusted to my care have led me to the establishment of Wellness By Design, LLC. I am married to my best friend for nearly 20 years; have raised 7 children and have practiced in nearly every medical specialty area.
I started my journey over 30 years ago when I entered nursing school. I completed my Master of Science in Nursing Administration at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and followed with post-graduate certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating from East Carolina University.
I hold National Board Certification by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Meet The Team
Robyn
Robyn is the lead office MA, a graduate of Concorde College and recently received her certification
through AAMA. She and her husband Chip enjoy going for rides on their Harley, are active members in their church community and have 6 children. She enjoys working with clients from all walks of life as
they travel on their health care journey.
Ellie
Elly is one of two community outreach partners, she works closely with clients who are engaged with
probation and parole. Is the community resource “go to person" for just about anything someone needs to get started in a new home. Elly has an AA from Linn-Benton Community College, is a certified peer recovery mentor and certified parent mentor. In her spare time she enjoys going to sporting events,
spending time with family and raising Golden Retrievers. She enjoys helping others grow and believes
that collaborating and sharing life experiences helps to shape us into who we are.
Ashley
Ashley is the Medical Office Administrator, a recent graduate of Concorde College.She is responsible for billing, credentialing, insurance contracts and Jennie s personal assistant. In her spare time, she has 2
daughters and enjoys spending time with her family, camping and traveling. If you have questions about a bill you may have received, Ashley is the person to contact.
Marc
As a Community Outreach Partner it is my responsibility to mentor and guide patients that come through our clinic. Many of our patients have fallen on tough times and are in need of a helping hand to get them back on their feet. My lived experiences have allowed me a great opportunity to relate with and give back to those in need. My goal is to inspire and encourage those in need and help bring forth their inner potential. Our mission as Outreach Partners is to always focus on the best in people and help them become productive members of society.
Kris
Kris is the newest addition to our Wellness staff. She is currently a MA student at Concorde College. She has a BA in Psychology from Taylor University. She and her husband Mark have 3 children of their own and are active in the Foster Community. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, cooking and
reading. Her favorite books are historical fiction and anything by Rick Riordan. Kris also teaches
swimming lessons at the SHARC.
Corie
Corie is responsible for insurance billing, she works offsite and behind the scenes and is Ashley's back up. She holds a BA in Business from University of Phoenix and a Certificate in Human Resources and is a certified recovery mentor. In her spare time she likes to hang out with her children, decorating and "being generally lazy." She has a passion for helping others gain the skills they need to be successful in all aspects of life.
Billing and Insurance
At Wellness by Design, LLC we believe is everyone's right to afford quality health care. We provide medical services at a rate that is not currently available in the area. Uninsured patients are welcome in our practice. You will find our services are affordable to everyone.
Currently, we accept most insurance plans and we have uninsured rates available. See our accepted list of insurance or call to find out if we are covered under your insurance plan.
We do workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident care and bill to your insurance.
